As an IECA approved College Consultant, I spend 20% of my time yearly visiting U.S. colleges. When I go, I meet with several students, professors, coaches, supportive services personnel, and admissions staff to learn about their list of college majors, and best college majors.
I carefully look at the college atmosphere, type of students attending, dorms, classroom facilities, libraries, student unions and food services. I also study the programs and activities offered, and the geographical distribution of students who attend.
Additionally, as a member of NACAC (National Association of College Admissions Counselors), I network with Admissions staff. Thus, I offer you DIRECT college admissions assistance.
I also act as an “advocate” on behalf of your college Common Application. I contact appropriate college Admissions staff to be sure they know someone is actively recommending you to your college.

COLLEGES I’VE VISITED ON OFFICIAL TOURS
Recently (March 29 – April 1, 2015) I participated in an official tour of six colleges in the Bethlehem, PA area: Lehigh University, Lafayette College, Moravian College, Muhlenberg College, Cedar Crest College and DeSales University.
During my extensive two day tour of the Savannah College of Art and Design, I visited the college facilities throughout the entire city. I also visited Mercer University and Oglethorpe University.
During a three-day tour to upstate New York, I visited the University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology, Nazareth College, and SUNY at Genesco during a three-day tour. I then spent additional days touring Hartwick College, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Vassar, Marist College, Sienna, Skidmore and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Closer to home, I toured several colleges just over the border in the Springfield, MA area including Springfield College, American International, Bay Path, Western New England University, and Elms college.
In a five-day tour of New Hampshire colleges, I visited: Colby-Sawyer, Dartmouth, Franklin Pierce, Keene State, New England, New Hampshire Institute of Art, Plymouth State, Rivier, Saint Anselm, Southern New England and the University of New Hampshire.
In and around the City of Brotherly Love, I visited Bryn Mawr, Cabrini, Curtis School of Music, Drexel, UPENN, University of the Arts, University of the Sciences, and Villanova.
I headed down to North Carolina to visit these colleges: Davidson, Duke, Elon, Guilford, High Point and Wake Forest.
During this time, I was also one of only eight college consultants from throughout the U. S. to attend a three day Touchstone at Winthrop College, in Rock Hill, South Carolina. We met extensively with the President and his academic staff. We were given presentations by each Department Chair, and also met with many groups of students, professors and athletic/extracurricular staff.
Heading further south, I took part in the Blue Ridge Mountain Tour visiting Hollins, James Madison, Lynchburg, Radford, Roanoke, Sweet Briar, University of Virginia and Virginia Tech.
NOTE: Between these visits, I personally met with hundreds of College Admission personnel from around the country at school, local, regional and national College Fairs, as well as seminars in Connecticut offered by many colleges for students, parents, guidance counselors and consultants.
